Zenergy Yoga is designed to be a welcoming environment with small class sizes, so members will get the attention they deserve.  Kids yoga classes our held in our studio downstairs while adults can enjoy the serene studio upstairs.

We sell a selection of yoga mats, mat bags, lavender eye pillows, hand towels, and comfortable clothing to help make your yoga experience an enjoyable one.  Comfortable and inspiring t-shirts are carried from Chewy Lou Designs.  A variety of affordable 1/4" mats and low cost eco mats by Barefoot Yoga.  Inventory changes with the season. Owner, Ali Kamen is a public health professional with a background in adult and children’s fitness and wellness programming. With Ali’s strong passion for public health, she incorporates many community health events and programs through the studio.
