Zenergy Yoga provides children’s yoga programs for ages 3-18. Yoga programs are offered at our North Scottsdale studio or can be brought onsite to schools and community centers. Yoga is great for Brownie and Boy Scout troops, youth groups, athletic teams and more!

Yoga is a continuous, non-competitive practice that provides many opportunities to achieve personal goals. This sense of accomplishment helps boost self esteem, while also obtaining physical benefits to the body and mind, helping improve body image and stress management techniques. These are great strategies for children of all ages to develop. Yoga is a self-paced, individual practice. Competition and ego are left at the door.

Teen and tween classes will resume after summer break. Next session starts September 16.

Zenergy Yoga brings "Yoga 4 Kids" classes to Paradise Valley Unified School District. Classes will be held this fall at Desert Trails, Grayhawk, Pinnacle Peak and Whispering Wind. Birthday Parties
Here’s a fabulous way to celebrate your child's birthday or other special occasion without breaking the bank! Escape to Zenergy Yoga’s studio or Zenergy Yoga can come to you for an affordable party you’ll never forget!

Yoga parties are great for boys, girls and coed parties. With our talented staff trained in child development and education, appropriate poses, games and activities will be put together to create an age appropriate, personalized, "zenergetic" birthday party! We can create a yoga party around the theme of your choice, including: princess, beach/tropical, divas, circus, outer space, jungle, zoo and more!

Zenergy Yoga provides the mats and all essential yoga props and provides 45-60 minutes of yoga entertainment. Afterward, the party can celebrate for 30 minutes in the great party area overlooking the AZ on the Rocks amazing climbing gym.

Host a party for your child that is fun, active, engaging and personalized in a unique way to make the birthday child feel extra special.

Party package prices start at only $200 (up to 10 kids; $10 each additional child) for 90-minutes. Parties include a 45-minute personalized yoga class and 45-minutes for cake, snacks, etc. Each additional half hour is $50. Parties can take place on Saturdays between 1:00-5:00 pm.

Creative goody bags can also be created to include: lavender-scented eye pillows ($8 each/child) and/or lavender-scented mist bottles ($3 each).

Steps to planning your "ZENERGETIC" birthday party

1. Contact Zenergy Yoga at 480-628-1453 or ali@zenergyyoga.net to confirm your birthday party date and time.
2. Once a date has been set, send a $50 non-refundable party deposit to Zenergy Yoga at: 16447 N. 91st Street, #105, Scottsdale, AZ 85260
3. Zenergy Yoga will gather information from you about the birthday child to create a personalized yoga class featuring different yoga poses that fit your child's favorite hobbies, sports, interests, music, special events, etc. A personalized story will be created about the birthday child that will make the party extra special and fun for all the birthday party attendees.
