Let Zenergy Yoga arrange the perfect yoga experience for your group. We can come to you or arrange for a private class at our studio.

DC Ranch Community Programs runs October 6-November 19
on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-10:00 am at the Homestead

Zen Before My Wedding
One of the most memorable experiences of my wedding weekend was the yoga class Ali Kamen gave for me and my friends. Wedding weekends can often feel frenetic and it can be a challenge to focus on the true meaning of the events. Ali's class helped us to center and ground ourselves so we could be in the moment. This relaxation and mindfulness carried through the rest of the weekend. Ali created a mix of music for the class and adapted the class so that friends of any level of yoga experience could participate comfortably. With Ali's calming voice and focused energy, we moved together in a beautiful way. I am so thankful to her for providing the path to truly experience the joy and love of the wedding and all of the close people around me. K. Keller

I think I speak for all of us when I say we had an amazing time on Saturday at our bachelorette party. I must say, I was a bit apprehensive to try it since that was my first yoga experience, but I absolutely loved it! I was sore in places I never thought I could be sore when I woke up the next day. We all couldn't stop talking about what a great time we had, and how the class was a perfect idea for our bachelorette party weekend.
